At SmartHead Co.™, we carefully prepare each order to ensure it arrives organized, complete, and ready for learning.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing time does not include carrier shipping time.

Shipping Time (After Shipment)

After your order ships, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Carrier delays can happen. If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll help you quickly.
